Can different team members access different clients?
Yes. Each workspace has its own team membership with role-based access (owner, editor, viewer). An account manager can be added to their specific client workspaces without seeing other clients' data. The agency owner sees everything from the portfolio view.
How do I distribute prompts across clients?
The 200 prompt limit is shared across your agency account. You can allocate prompts however makes sense — 10 per client across 20 brands, 50 on your top 4 clients, or any mix. Prompts are managed per workspace, and the portfolio dashboard shows prompt counts per client so you can monitor allocation.
Can I generate reports for individual clients?
